A Family Recipe

Born out of southern Italy, Giacobbe Stolfe was only 13 years old when he arrived on the south side of Chicago. Stolfe was full of grit determination and Italian tradition all of which he passed on to his son Jimmy Stolfe.

In the early 60’s Jimmy opened Connie’s Pizzeria on 26 & Lowe where pizza became a family trade. His son Michael Stolfe spent hours in the kitchen fine tuning the perfect “take & bake” pizza. Michaels perfected pizza combined the quality of a restaurant pizza with the ease of being made at home.
